Key features of all workshops include:
- Highly participative - delegates are encouraged to exchange ideas and opinions for putting skills learned into place and to take "ownership" for improvement.
- Taped role-play, where appropriate, to allow skills and techniques learned to be practiced in a “safe" environment. Role play is with other delegates with the course tutor listening / watching in. This helps to encourage participation and makes the experience fun thereby helping the learning Process.

Our approach
All workshops are totally delegate focused, practical and highly interactive to include group exercises and syndicate work. The overall emphasis is on learning in a fun, stimulating and "safe" environment.

Although we avoid "labels" we are huge believers in Accelerated Learning.
